I have failed at my goal of not peaking at the scale this week. I've already done it twice. (I'm sitting at about the same weight as last Friday, if you're interested)
New goal: not peak for the REST OF THE WEEK. Hopefully I can achieve that!
There's always next week...right?

I've pretty much sworn off the scale... my being a shorty and with not much to lose my scale decided to torture me, grrrr at least I can see myself putting a bit of muscle so I'm going to cross my fingers that that may be the reason my scale hasnt budge.
Keep it up girl, its inspiring =)
